Description
The second brother hatched and dealing with a classic center-child syndrome, Dewey is e'er looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. Dubbed "The Guts," Dewey is quick to throw himself into dangerous situations without thinking, just to show himself. Deep down he'southward worried that he's just an ordinary duck so he's constantly itching to brand a name for himself. According to Webby, Dewey is 'sweetness and sensitive and full of secrets'.
Personality
Dewey is the daring, attention-seeking adventurer of the trio. He loves to explore and do bold and heady things to stand up out, become noticed and accept fun. Dewey can be impulsive; he can't sit still besides long before jumping into action, frequently without thinking it through. Dewey desires to stand up out as his own individual among his brothers, by trying to impress all those around him by doing big extraordinary things.
Dewey is compassionate, which shows when he stands up for Webby when anybody was hesitant to in "Daytrip of Doom!" He offered to save Mark Beaks even later on learning he was a fraud. Dewey can be sensitive; he is easily insulted every bit seen in "The Infernal Internship of Mark Beaks!" when Huey admits to thinking of Dewey equally irresponsible and not serious enough to be successful. Appearance
Dewey is a modest preteen pekin duck who wears a low-cal blue long-sleeved shirt underneath a dark bluish t-shirt and generally styles his hair to stick upward. In Dishonest Pack!, he wears a white long-sleeved shirt with his sleeves folded in, underneath a dark bluish T-shirt with one big light blue stripe with a thin white stripe as a lesser hem, and his pilus is styled like his usual hairstyle just with his hair brushed backwards.

- Creative abilities: He is a very good histrion, as seen in upshot #0 and issue #xiv of the Ducktales comics.

- Musical Abilities: Dewey, like Huey, has a very good singing voice, as shown in Double-O-Duck in You Merely Crash Twice!. He's also good at being a DJ and can play the keytar.

- Dewey is the just main graphic symbol to appear in every episode of Season ane, though he did non speak in "Who is Gizmoduck?!" He was absent in five episodes of Flavour 2, though he had a cameo in "Happy Altogether, Doofus Drake!" with Mrs. Beakley, and iii episodes of Season iii, though he made a cameo in "The Life and Crimes of Scrooge McDuck!" with Huey and Webby.
- Dewey has appeared in the most amount of episodes in the series having been in 61 out of 69 episodes, two episodes alee of Scrooge.
- In the Dishonest Pack series, his full name was Deuteronomy Duck. Here it'southward changed to Dewford. Series co-developer Frank Angones jokingly said that they changed the name considering it's easier for Donald to pronounce.

- Della Duck, his mom, was originally going to name him Turbo. Which Dewey got upset about every bit he would take preferred Turbo over his real name.
